For a clogged sink that will not drain, even after plunging repeatedly, try fishing around with a bent wire to remove any clog like a large piece of food. If this does not work, remove the sink trap (the most curved part of the pipe) by unscrewing the threaded coupling and then removing part of the pipe with a pipe wrench. The clog is usually inside the sink trap. This will need cleaning out and then reattaching the sink trap.
