In this video, you will learn about a vision disorder. Normal vision works with all of the eye components working properly. Light comes into our eyes from the lens of our eyes.
The lens focuses the light and reflects it into the retina. There are eye conditions where the lens does not focus the light. It goes past the retina. That is called far-sightedness. Near-sightedness happens when the light is reflected before the retina. When the eyeball is too weak or when the lens is too short can also cause an eye disorder. Some of our eye muscles can lead to eye disorders. The ciliary muscles will contract to increase vision. The image cannot be clear it the muscles are contracted. Objects far away cannot be seen properly when the muscles are not flexing at all. Through corrective lenses, far-away objects can be properly visualized. There are a lot of eye disorders. They do not necessarily have to be caused by an underlying disease. They can also be caused by the way we were born.
